TRANSCRIPTS

Each CURE applicant is required to submit, at minimum, a copy of their High School Diploma/GED or their High School Transcripts. In addition, students who are applying for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Diagnostic Medical Sonography with Vascular Technology, Obstetrics and Pediatrics or the Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Vascular Technology and Echocardiography program, are required to submit official college transcripts, a copy of their degree and/or verification of their professional certification.
